Activity of Pulsar Venture is aimed at constructing effective communication between largest world centers of innovations, innovation companies of Russia and venture capital, allowing to create mechanism for project commercialization, attraction of innovation products to the international markets.
With the goal of increasing efficiency of work of packaging and advancement of the projects to the global markets it was decided to open subsidiary of Pulsar Venture in one of the leading scientific centers in the United States – University of Maryland, on the basis of which interaction with the leading innovation centers and venture funds of the USA was organized.

On the basis of the university International Incubator of Maryland (Maryland International Incubator), allowing to bring together Maryland and international companies for mutual realization of venture projects. Incubator was created according to the initiative of the University of Maryland and Department of Business and Economic Development of Maryland ( Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development (DBED)).
